you legally have to be 18 and hold a government security licence( which i have) to do security anywhere. SO how exactly did you get offered this job? Its a huge risk to take on anyone who doesnt meet the above req, especially with the government clamping down on unlicenced people lately, i've been asked to show my licence like 6 times now all over munster and in roscommon.
